Asst. Project Manager - Fintech
An urgent requirement for leading International Payment Solutions company.
Based in Dubai, reporting to the PMO Manager, job role would involve providing valuable support to the PMO Team through project tracking, monitoring, reporting, ensuring project Governance through effective implementation of governance standards, inspecting project level deliverables and quality management, developing dashboards on delivery management metrics, providing training to the project teams, resource planning, etc.
Applicant sought will hold degree qualifications and be experienced for minimum 5 years within the banking/financial services/payment industry managing small scale projects, project /programme coordination, with exposure to end-to-end project life-cycle while working in a structured project management framework. PMP Certification is mandatory for the role, Six Sigma desirable.
Candidate attributes required : knowledge of project management techniques, excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills, strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver in a high pressure/deadline environment
