Overview

Jobscan’s client is a global organisation, ranked in the Fortune 100 listings year on year. The client organisation is an industrial leader serving customers in over 120 countries worldwide.

With the vision of a new Human Resources Director (HRD) to streamline and build a strong Human Resources team to support its regional operations, the mandate was to hire HR professionals in all areas of HR, namely Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Management, HR Generalist, Learning & Development and HR support, while ensuring a diverse demographic mix in all the positions.

Results

As directed by the HRD, all roles required the employees to be qualified in Human Resources with five years management experience in their respective field of HR expertise. Understanding the dynamics needed for the respective roles, our team was able to identify, assess, test and conduct reference checks on the shortlisted and selected candidates. We enjoyed a close partnership with the HRD, whose direction and guidance to the Jobscan team, resulted in the placement of all the required HR professionals in the respective functions. Employee longevity in the company has been an average of five-plus years.
