Terence CoelhoManaging Partner
Terence has been successfully spearheading Jobscan’s operations, talent mandates and advisory services for over 18 years. His ability to understand the talent needs of clients that span across multiple industries and from global corporations to small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) is part instinct, part experience. He has an innate ability for connecting and engaging with individuals, gauging their strengths and weaknesses, nurturing their skills and driving them forward in their careers. He holds an Engineering and Business Management qualification and specialises in projects for large global corporations and local conglomerates, primarily within the Oil, Power, Building Technology, Aviation, Construction and Engineering sectors.

Monisha has a ‘can do, make it happen’ approach to both her work and life. This positive and affirmative outlook makes Monisha ideally suited to handling Jobscan’s internal operations. Her attention to detail, outstanding professionalism and innate understanding of client servicing has enabled her to establish the framework for delivering excellent and consistent results to clients and candidates, each and every time. She has spent over 17 years successfully fulfilling search mandates to over 400 companies in the UAE. She possesses expertise and a detailed understanding of Finance, Banking, Insurance, Legal, Human Resources, Fintech and Emiratisation. Away from Jobscan, Monisha is devoted to environmental issues and champions causes including recycling, energy conservation and the impact of food wastage.

“Never a dull day” is what she says about her role in Business Development. Heading the business development activities of the organisation for 4 years and counting, she is always on her toes, whether it is acquiring new clients, conducting research on new recruitment activity in the market, chasing a lead or dealing with a highly demanding client. She thrives on the fast-paced recruitment scene and doesn’t allow economic downturns or hearsay news to dampen her enthusiasm. A gregarious personality, she is quick to bring a smile to anyone who has the pleasure of meeting her. She has involved herself in volunteer work in her free time, saving penguins from the oil slick off the Cape Coast (her hometown) and with the Red Cross Burns Units.
