Personal Assistant to the CEO
Our client is an international name in the FMCG sector. Reporting to the CEO, key responsibilities will include but are not limited to independently managing the CEO’s office as well as that of the MD, pro-active diary management, scheduling & planning meetings, prioritising , arranging internal workshops & off-sites, arranging business travel, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, complex reports, proactively seeking ways to improve current administrative processes & procedures, related EA tasks and recognising the need for discretion & confidentiality at all times. Applicant sought must hold degree qualifications and should have gained 4 to 6 years PA experience and possess Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, team orientation, flexibility, ability to prioritise & multitask is a must.
