Our client is a regionally established name in the financial services sector. Reporting to the CFO, this is a challenging role with high volume workload. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to independently managing the CFO’s office as well as that of the finance team, liaising with the Board of Directors, pro-active diary management, scheduling & planning meetings, prioritising , arranging internal workshops & off-sites, arranging business travel, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, complex reports, proactively seeking ways to improve current administrative processes & procedures, related EA tasks and recognising the need for discretion & confidentiality at all times. Applicant sought must hold degree qualifications and should have gained 6 years PA experience and possess Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, team orientation, flexibility, ability to prioritise & multitask is a must.
